YOKES SHIPPED WITH BAD SPRINGS

Bought a Star Wars Yoke last December. Finally installed it and the thumb fire springs jam up. I had bought another yoke a year or so ago with same issue and they contacted everyone and shipped a plastic piece to alleviate the problem. Site states "All new yokes to ship with fix" Well mine wasn't and this site leaves NO way to contact anyone. I would gladly pay for the part to repair my yoke, but there is no way to contact anyone on this site. Completely frustrating!! WHY NO FIX OR CONTACT???
