Arcades are heavy—please use caution and always have assistance when unpacking.
1. Team Lift Required
Always have at least two people present when unpacking.
The shipping carton must be lifted up and over the arcade—do not attempt to slide it off alone.
2. Remove Protective Packaging
Cut and remove all straps.
Take off corner protectors and foam padding.
3. Prepare for Pallet Removal
Your arcade ships with wheels locked and leg levelers down.
Raise the leg levelers before moving to avoid catching on the pallet.
Use a team lift to carefully move the arcade off the pallet.
4. Moving the Arcade After Pallet Removal
Once your arcade is safely off the pallet, it can be moved into place using its wheels:
2-Player Versions – Equipped with two rear wheels and built-in back handles. Gently tilt the cabinet slightly back and roll to position.
Recharged Deluxe – Features four swivel caster wheels with rear locking. Easily maneuver into place, then lock the back wheels to secure.
Soda Slam Models – Equipped with eight swivel caster wheels for smooth placement. Lock wheels once positioned.
5. Extra Care for Deluxe & Pro+ Models
Deluxe and Pro+ versions include additional LEDs and wiring near the base.
While protected by metal brackets, please handle carefully to avoid pulling wires or damaging LED housings during unpacking and movement.
✅ Key Reminder: Never attempt to move or unbox the arcade alone. Use a team lift, proper lifting techniques, and the built-in wheels/handles to safely place your arcade.

To access and adjust operator settings, follow these steps:
1. Open the Coin Door
With the game powered on, use the provided key to unlock and open the top coin door.
2. Locate the Switch & Button
Inside the coin door, you will find a toggle switch and service button.
3. Enter the Operator Menu
4. Flip the Operator Menu toggle switch UP.
The Operator Menu will now appear on the monitor.
5. Navigate the Menu
6. Use the on-screen prompts and controls (shown on the right-hand side of the screen) to move through the menu options.
7. Check for Updates
From the Service Menu, navigate to Online HQ → Check for Updates.
Select this option to check for and install the latest software.
The MCP Operator App will notify you whenever a new update is available.
8. To LEAVE the Operator Menu, flick the switch back down. All your settings will have been
