Wells Gardner K4601 Repair
The Frogger at Flynn’s needs a monitor while I reflow and cap the current one in there. The current one has the jitters and is starting to get some curl as well. I found a K4601 monitor that had a broken neck with a chassis. I then found a K4601 monitor with no chassis. I removed the chassis from the broken monitor and reflowed cold solder joints on the chassis, x/y paddle board and the neck board. I reinstalled the chassis on the unbroken monitor and hooked it up to another Frogger for testing and it had a good picture. This will hopefully be installed into the Frogger at Flynn’s tomorrow. I included pictures of the broken tube on the neck board, cracked solder joints, repaired solder joints and the monitor running after the repair.

WG4600 monitors look great when they are working correctly.
